PETER WOODFORD
Appliance brands & retailers · Hands-on paid media

Turn product searches into measurable appliance sales.

Whether you sell kitchen appliances, home electronics or specialist equipment, your advertising should be judged on revenue and margin, not impressions. I help with Google Ads, Meta Ads, conversion tracking and website improvements that remove obstacles to buying.

Market intelligence

What the numbers suggest for your market

Useful industry context and recent advertising-platform evidence to inform better decisions—not a promise of advertising results.

Research scope: figures refer to the U.S. market unless specified as worldwide. They describe market conditions or platform scale, not campaign conversion rates or Peter's client outcomes. Updated 19 October 2026.

Campaign strategy

How I'd approach digital marketing for this sector

Google and Meta can complement each other, but the right combination depends on your buyers, your offer and the conversion data we can reliably collect.

Capture high-intent product and model searches

I would assess Google Search, Shopping and other suitable formats, build sensible product groups and search themes, and connect campaigns to specific inventory and margins. Google’s newer channel controls are worth reviewing as they roll out, but eligibility and settings must be checked in the live account.

Show why your appliances are worth choosing

Meta Ads can present useful product demonstrations, design benefits, seasonal offers and accessories. I would test creative variants and look for attributable purchases or useful micro-conversions rather than relying on likes.

Why hire me

A hands-on expert—not a chain of account managers

Ecommerce experience

I have helped electronic appliance companies generate approximately US$100,000 in monthly appliance sales from advertising campaigns I set up and managed. This describes past client activity, not a guaranteed monthly outcome.

Past results are approximate examples supplied by Peter Woodford. Every market and campaign is different.

  • I have helped appliance businesses generate substantial sales with campaigns I set up and managed.
  • I understand website production and conversion issues, not only ad dashboards.
  • I manage the campaigns myself and recommend evidence-led content improvements.
The commercial reality

What often gets in the way

Price and margin pressure

High revenue can still be unprofitable if costs and returns are ignored.

Feed quality

Missing product attributes and weak landing-page relevance can limit useful traffic.

Attribution gaps

An ad click is not a sale; purchase tracking helps campaigns optimise.

My way of working

From audit to better-informed campaigns

01

Understand the business

Review your market, sales process, website, existing ads and the outcomes that matter commercially.

02

Set up or improve campaigns

Align intent, creative, landing pages, budget and measurement without promising instant results.

03

Optimise using conversion data

Revenue and ROAS need clean ecommerce conversion data. I would investigate the path from advert to product page, basket, checkout and confirmed purchase.

I can recommend website and content changes based on analytics and advertising data, as well as managing the campaigns themselves.
